Terms & Conditions

All hires are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order with us, either verbally or by email, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and fully agreed to them.

Prices

Due to the nature of the business, there are many variables to consider for each event, such as date and time, distance, duration, power source, multiple bookings and attire. Please contact us so we can provide a detailed quotation tailored to your event. The quoted price includes delivery, set-up and collection. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment & deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 (higher on some occasions) is required to secure the booking. By paying the deposit you agree to these terms and conditions. Extra fees may apply for design work (£50 for personalised fun money design) and administration (extra equipment or accessories bought for a particular event).

Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event incur no further charges beyond the loss of the deposit and any extra fees stated under Payment & Deposits.
  • Cancellations made 7 to 28 days before the event are charged at 50% of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are charged at full cost.

Equipment

All equipment remains the property of VIP Fun Casino & Photo Booth Hire. All sizes quoted are approximate.

Access

Please tell us at the time of booking about any access, unloading or parking restrictions. Some of our equipment is very large, and we need advance notice if it will not be set up at ground floor level.

Timings

While every effort is made to arrive on time, in the event of circumstances beyond our control our liability is limited to a maximum refund of any money paid, or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start. If agreed with the customer, the finish time may be extended to recover time lost.

Public liability insurance

VIP Fun Casino & Photo Booth Hire holds £5 million public liability insurance. Copies of our policy are available on request.
